Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to ensuring the highest standard of environmental responsibility for La Grande Forêt Réserve. This commitment is illustrated in our master plan for this community. We designed La Grande Forêt Réserve to have the least amount of environmental impact on its surroundings. A habitat buffer (Deer Conservation Zone) surrounds the entire northern end of the property ensuring that the development does not encroach on an otherwise untouched habitat. We have designed our road systems with the assistance of a biologist to ensure a minimum of tree removal and environmental impact.

Unspoiled and Spectacular

The entire community is enveloped by an unspoiled and spectacular forest of maple, cherry, and pine trees. La Grande Forêt Réserve is one of the only communities outside of the Mont Tremblant Resort to have a short-term rental designation. This special and unique zoning allows for the rental of your La Grande Forêt Réserve home using popular services such as Airbnb and VRBO.

Roads, utilities, and other infrastructure have been designed to have the least amount of impact on the natural setting of La Grande Forêt Réserve and each estate lot has carefully controlled building zones to ensure that the forest remains healthy and in its natural state.
